Terms and conditions

DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Company" shall mean Epic Jack Casino, "Customer" or "Player" shall refer to the individual using the services provided by the Company, and "Services" shall include any products and/or offerings provided by the Company.

The Customer can make deposits into their account using various payment methods as provided by the Company. All bets placed by the Customer are final and irrevocable, subject to any applicable rules or regulations of the Services.

WAGERING REQUIREMENTS AND BONUS TERMS

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao (Anjouan). Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES

The Company reserves the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. The Customer agrees to regularly review these Terms and Conditions for any updates or changes.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS

The Company is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations in its operations. The Customer agrees to comply with all relevant laws and regulations when using the Services.

DEFINITION OF "GAME"

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a "Game" shall refer to any type of game, tournament or other offering provided by the Company, including but not limited to online slot games, table games, poker, bingo, and live dealer games.

DEFINITION OF "SOFTWARE PROVIDER"

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a "Software Provider" shall refer to any third-party provider of software or services used in connection with the Services, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Wazdan, and Playson.

DEFINITION OF "IP ADDRESS"

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, an "IP Address" shall refer to the unique numerical address assigned to a Customer's device when accessing the internet or using the Services.

TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account or access to the Services at its discretion without notice, for any reason or no reason. The Customer agrees that such termination or suspension shall be final and binding upon them.

GOVERNING LANGUAGE

These Terms and Conditions shall be written in the English language. Any translation of these Terms and Conditions into another language is for convenience only and shall not affect their validity or interpretation.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

AMENDMENTS AND WAIVERS

Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions must be in writing signed by both parties. Waivers of any provision hereunder shall not be deemed a waiver of other provisions or obligations.

By continuing to use the Services, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
